dc.description.abstractIt has taken a decade for researcher to study human preference and decision making. Many theories have been introduced especially from western countries. Job attributes preference which was researched by many researchers has effectively helped Human Resource management in designing an attractive employee compensation package. The package has been considered by job applicants prior to job choice decision making. Thus, this research attempts to study the job attribute preferences in job choice decision making from final year, full time, and no working experience bachelor students. A total of 170 sample size were collected whereas twenty job attributes were used as predictors in job choice decision making. Perhaps the outcome of the research could be the reference point for Human Research management in designing an effective and attractive compensation package. The finding has shown that students perceived company reputation as most important job attribute but not salary. There is significant difference in job attribute preferences among students in choosing Multinational companies as opposed to local companies. Besides, compensation and security as well as individual characteristics were not influencing students in job choice decision making. High key focus from Human Resource management should concentrate on company and work environment which are known as extrinsic motivator. In addition, intrinsic motivator including job itself should be emphasized in order to attract good students to respective companies.en_US
