dc.description.abstractKacang tanah (Arachis hypogaea) merupakan tanaman makanan yang penting di seluruh dunia, ditanam di negara-negara tropika, sub-tropika dan beriklim sederhana. Kacang tanah mengandungi kandungan nutrien yang tinggi dan ia mudah terdedah kepada pelbagai kulat pencemar, terutamanya Aspergillus spp. yang merupakan kulat penyimpanan yang terkenal. Groundnut (Arachis hypogaea) is an important food crop worldwide, cultivated in tropical, sub-tropical and temperate countries. Groundnut contains high nutrients and it is susceptible to various fungal contaminants, especially Aspergillus spp. which is a well known storage fungi.en_US
