Ia diketahui mempunyai terapetik indeks rendah dan biokeperolehan oral rendah yang disebabkan oleh kesan laluan pertama yang teruk, dan ia juga dikaitkan dengan kesan sampingan gastrousus teruk berikutan pemberian oral. Colchicine is used for the treatment of gout, pseudo-gout and familial Mediterranean fever. It is known to have low therapeutic index and low oral bioavailability due to extensive first pass effect, and also associated with sever gastrointestinal side effects following oral administration. | en_US |
