The objective of this study is to investigate and understand factors affecting the personal computer (PC) acceptance among the small and medium industries in Penang, Malaysia. This study replicates the study by lgbaria and Zinatelli ( 1997) on the similar subject in New Zealand where the basic technology acceptance model (TAM) (Davis, 1989) was used. System usage is the dependent variable while perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness are the explanatory variables used.en_US
