Pergerakan keluar golongan profesional menyebabkan kerugian ketara terutama dalam kalangan negara-negara membangun. The issue of brain drain was the basis for this study. The outbound movement of professionals from a developing country constitutes a significant loss for the developing country in terms of economic growth and development.en_US
