This study investigates factors that may influence supplier performance, particularly the factors of trust, communication and cooperation, in Supply Chain Management. Survey using questionnaires obtained a return of 67 out of 150 ( 45% ). Analysis of the result shows that the level of trust and cooperation do have a positive impact on supplier performance. The higher the level of both factors, the more supplier performance will improve. Bargaining power between buyer and supplier was hypothesized as a moderator, however it acts as an independent predictor on the overall performance. It only moderates the relationship between trust, communication and cooperation and quality.en_US
