The second factor is the economic factor where the small and non-domestic market are not stable, lack of investment and lack of labor force. Other factors were education, training and guidance which reflect the usage status of technology and techniques in all agriculture activities. In order to overcome the stated issues and problems, the study recommended that the government and decision-makers in the country to pay more attention to human development which involves education, training, financial support and guidance of agricultural technology among farmers in the study area. The government on the other hand should play a significant role in solving the problem of groundwater depletion and also the problem of urban sprawl on the farmland.
