Guided by a quantitative research approach employing a survey instrument, data were collected from 396 respondents in the UAE public sector. This study conducted quantitative analyses including descriptive statistics, multivariate hypothesis testing, common method bias assessment, and the Kaiser–Meyer–Olkin (KMO) and Bartlett’s test.
