Abstract
In today's dynamic airline industry, it is increasingly recognized that investing in human resource management (HRM) practices and cultivating a culture of perceived organizational support (POS) plays a pivotal role in enhancing employee performance and organizational success. Despite of the extensive research conducted on the impact of HR-components (AMO) such as Abilities, motivation, and opportunity on employee performance, there is need to underlying this relationship in the context of Saudi airlines. The present study employs goal setting theory, AMO theory and Social Exchange Theory (SET) are selected to examine the relationship between HR-components (AMO) and employee performance as well as focus on exploring the mediating effect of perceived organizational support.
