Abstract
In the oil and gas sector of uae where efficiency and innovation are crucial, organizations rely on knowledge management and organizational learning to enhance performance. The objective of this study is to examine how knowledge generation, sharing, and utilization, along with organizational learning, impact organizational performance. Additionally, it explores the direct impact of organizational innovation and openness on performance and their moderating roles in strengthening the relationship between knowledge management, organizational learning, and performance. To achieve this, data was collected through a survey questionnaire targeting top management professionals in the industry. A total of 171 valid responses were analyzed using spss and smart pls through descriptive statistics, measurement model evaluation, and structural model assessment. The findings confirm that knowledge generation, sharing, and utilization, along with organizational learning, positively impact organizational performance. Moreover, organizational innovation significantly strengthens the relationship between knowledge generation, organizational learning, and organizational performance. Similarly, organizational openness moderates the relationship between knowledge generation, knowledge utilization, organizational learning, and organizational performance.
