Abstract
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a multidrug-resistant pathogen that utilizes quorum sensing (QS) to regulate virulence and biofilm formation, making it a challenging target for conventional antibiotics. The development of alternative antibacterial and anti-QS strategies is crucial to combat its infections. This study aims to biosynthesize silver nanoparticles (bioAgNPs) using Streptomyces sp. PBD-311B and evaluate their antibacterial and anti-quorum sensing properties against P. aeruginosa sp. BioAgNPs were synthesized using Streptomyces sp. PBD-311B and characterized through ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy (UV-Vis), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
