dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to examme the effect of managerial styles of headmaster on teachers' commitment towards school, in relation to decision making, delegation and communication. It also examined the moderating effect of age, tenure and educational level on the above relationships. Data was collected via questionnaires from 114 primary school teachers. The results of this study showed that decision making, delegation and communication have positive significant relation'ship with teacher commitment. The moderating variables did not have an effect on the relation,s hip between managerial styles . of headmaster and teachers commitment.en_US
