dc.description.abstractState of Kelantan is recorded increasingly high NRW rate every year. Bechah Tendong is one of the area that show a high level of NRW which is 62%. The study aspires to identify problems, assessment of the implementation of NRW's management efficiency according to economic indicators, examine the NRW issues to public awareness and develop a comprehensive SOP in NRW management. Qualitative analysis is done by QSR Nvivo software. The Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR), Payback Period (PBP), Return on Investment (ROI), and Net Present Value (NPV) is used for economic indicators. The findings using Nvivo show the most dominant issue and can effected in implimanating NRW reduction is work implementation, work constraint and contract and lack of understanding about NRW definition dan concept which is being the most important issues that contributed failer in implementing efficiency on NRW management. The value of BCR= 1.03, PBP =9.32, ROI (%)= 6.40 and NPV RM= 405,576.82.. Considering pearson analysis result, correlation between attitude and regulation is the highest relationship with r=0.364. The result of study show level of current NRW is decreased 10.40% from 62% to 51.60% for 5 year period (2014-2018). As a conclusion, this study has good potential to generate revenue through savings to related water utilities. Furthermore, the realization of the inclusiveness, sustainability and efficiency of NRW management is achieved.en_US
