Abstract
Konsep pengurusan kualiti makanan halalan tayyiban (PKMHT) muncul akibat isu kebersihan dan keselamatan makanan dengan mengaplikasikan konsep halalan tayyiban yang diperkenalkan oleh Islam. The halalan tayyiban food quality management (PKMHT) concept emerged from food hygiene and safety issues by applying halalan tayyiban concept as introduced in Islam.
