dc.description.abstractCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) aims to better integrate social and environmental concerns into business outlines on a voluntary basis. Currently, companies spend a great deal of effort on CSR practices. CSR practices relates to the responsibility from !he firm to their stakeholders. The main stakeholder groups most often employees, customers and the local community. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of CSR practices in the organization whether the organization contributes in the environmental, community, marketplace or workplace. To measure the effectiveness of CSR practices in the organization, this research focus on the internal dimension and external dimension of CSR that related to practices inside the organization. This research also attempts to evaluate the CSR practices whether it is beneficial or not to the organization. Beside that this research emphasizes the impact and effect of CSR practices towards attaining the sustainable growth. Qualitative case studies were conducted. Finding showed that the company has adopted a few CSR practices in term of social, environmental and community involvement. The company also encourage volunteer to participate in its CSR activities. The stakeholders involve in the company regarding the CSR practices are its employees and society.en_US
