Abstract
The role of teach educators is important as a role-model and introducer of technology to
school teachers and teacher trainees. Therefore, educational technology lecturers'
attitudes pave a positive direction for the teacher trainees in implementing ICT in
schools. This research was conducted to identify and measure the attitude of educational
technology lecturers towards the integration of e-Learning in their instructional process.
The research was conducted using a descriptive-correlation method. The sample of this
research comprises of 129 (74.5 %) out of 173 educational technology lecturers from 27
teacher training institutions. Statistical descriptive analyses using percentages, standard
deviation and Pearson Correlation are used together with inferential statistical analyses
using t-test and ANOVA. Factor analyses is used to group the attitudes scale into various
factors. Research results indicate that their knowledge and pedagogical practices in e-
Learning is high. Educational technology lecturers showed positive attitudes towards e-
Learning. The results also showed that there is a moderate correlation between
knowledge and attituqes, and pedagogical practices and attitudes. There were no
significant differences in gender, age and academic background. Among the suggestions
