A total of 689 teachers were randomly selected from 152 national secondary schools from three states; Pulau Pinang, Kedah Darul Aman and Perlis Indera Kayangan representing the Northern States of Peninsular Malaysia as research samples. Research data was collected from respondents by using a set of structured questionnaire consisting of four sections. Questionnaire from Leithwood and Jantzi (1996) was used to measure transformational leadership, questionnaire from Hoy and Tarter (1991) was used to measure the health of the secondary schools and questionnaire from Gruenert and Valentine (1998) was used to measure school culture. The collected data was analyzed by using SPSS version 20.0. The hypotheses were tested using descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis and moderated multiple regression analysis. Research findings showed that all of transformational leadership dimensions have a positive and significant relationship with school culture dimensions. Research findings also showed that transformational leadership dimensions have a positive and significant relationship with organizational health dimensions.
