Abstract
Tujuan kajian penyelidikan ini ialah untuk mengenalpasti halangan institusi sekolah dan tindakan pihak-pihak berkepentingan yang menghalang penyertaan pelajar kurang upaya. The aim of this study is to identify the institutional and individual barriers that prohibit students with disabilities to gain equal opportunity and rights to access and participate into inclusive education.
