This is a cross-sectional study which investigated the relationship between the quality management system from the view of "soft" and "hard" quality features or factors and organizational performance. The unit of analysis was individual manufacturing companies represented by a respective respondent who knows their own quality management system. The major findings of the study provides empirical evidence that quality management system from the view of improving the "hard" and "soft" quality factors significantly enhances both the financial/economic and non-financial organizational performance. It is also found that there is significant positive correlation between the "soft" and "hard" quality factors but the "fit" between these factors does not provide significant additional contribution to organizational performance.en_US
