Users can issue queries over the network, example retrieve information from nodes within a specified region, in applications such as environmental monitoring. Since the sensors have typically only a limited power supply, energy-efficient processing of the queries over the network is an important issue. In particular, the development of low-power and low-cost devices makes WSNs a promising technology for the future. For this project, the wireless sensor networks will be test with mobile coordinator by doing an analysis for the performance of throughput of mobile coordinator. As in the previous, the researcher only did research for the static coordinator. In this project, there were two experiment which were a mobile coordinator with a node for experiment one and a mobile coordinator with ten nodes for experiment two. For both experiment, the speed change for different sub-experiment. The speed start from 0m/s until 10 m/s for node while for coordinator were starting from 0.1m/s until 10m/s. The change of the speed gives different impact for the throughput. The speed had given an influence to the throughput. The higher speed, the more packet data drop. So, the throughput will decrease. These were due to the node or the coordinator moving away too fast from each other. The high speed use, the earlier the nodes lose connectivity from the coordinator, because the coordinator move away from the node and may be at out of the range. So, the coordinator can’t receive the data transmitted by node.
