The emergence of blockchain and NFTs has led to digital heritage NFTs, offering new opportunities for cultural preservation and public engagement in China. Yet, despite increasing visibility, public adoption remains limited. This study explores the factors shaping Chinese public intention to use digital heritage NFTs by integrating the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Innovation Resistance Theory (IRT), incorporating technostress, perceived value, and user experience.
