Abstract
This study aims to explore the impact of motivational factors (compensation, work environment, job autonomy, and supervisory support) on employee engagement and employee performance (task performance, innovation performance) among furniture designers in Ganzhou, China, with a particular emphasis on the mediating role of employee engagement. Prior research has largely overlooked motivational mechanisms and performance enhancement among Chinese furniture designers, this study aims to address this gap by providing empirical evidence.
